COVID-19 : Malls & private sector businesses in Dubai back to 100% capacity Dubai : Shopping malls and private sector businesses in Dubai will be back to operating at 100 % capacity from Wednesday June 3rd it was confirmed on Tuesday under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
